I am trying to figure out how to re-interperate the pattern below to fit the following.
So I cast on 48 sts (12 stitches on 4 needles) for my hat (its a child's hat/toddler hat), I then knit 10 rounds of K2 P2 ribbing. Now I am trying to figure out how to adjust the following to fit my pattern. I know that this is a decrease pattern, and that is another thing that I am not sure of. Because my hat is a toddler hat, should I just start to decrease? BTW I am using bulky yarn, so a little yarn goes a long way. That is another reason why maybe its ok to start to decrease.
